Meet the ‘Human Condition Therapist’
Me, Myself, and I
Crystle Rishton, M.Msc
After years of training, certifications, and degrees with the initial idea to totally understand these modalities for my children and myself, I passionately opened my business to truly help other’s on their own journeys through human life. Growing into a life I never imagined, I now aim to help light the way for other’s feeling in the dark.
As a mother of 5, a happy wife, and a believer, my mission in life is to champion you on your journey by healing the body, mind, and spirit, and providing tools moving forward.

Familia
Family is everything, and my reason, my drive. I am married to my best friend, Jeremiah. Together, in our blended family, we have 5 children. We also have two dogs; Doberman - Border Collie Mix (Chips) and a Faun Brindle English Bulldog (Cinnabon.) I was raised by an amazing single mother and spent many years in Texas through my childhood. I have 3 siblings and one step-sibling. I am strongly connected to my Italian & Irish roots and am usually found talking with my hands! lol.
Hobbies
I really love to be outdoors. Outside of my rigorous Self-Care practice; attending church, and having a daily biblical practice, I am very active. I enjoy going to the gym 3-6 days a week, hiking, shooting, running, drawing, dancing, cycling, and laughing as often as I can. You will often find me traveling to some crazy hiking location, rock climbing, or on some other adventure like horse back riding or hiking Angel’s Landing through Zion National Park.
